In accordance with the warranty conditions, scooters purchased from the official website are covered for manufacturing defects in structural and mechanical components for 12 months from the delivery date, with an extended 24-month warranty on the frame.

Under the return eligibility conditions, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund as soon as possible. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
In-stock orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days, with a delivery time of 2–6 days depending on the destination and carrier efficiency. Pre-order items, however, will be shipped once the new batch arrives at our warehouse.
