Our Warranty Policy ensures that your Hiley electric scooter is covered against manufacturing defects under normal use. 1. Warranty Coverage

Hiley provides a 6-month limited warranty on all electric scooters purchased directly from our website. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only. If you purchased your scooter from a dealer, please contact the dealer directly for warranty support.

The warranty period is valid from the moment the customer receives the order. Non-functional parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge, provided the scooter has not been misused or damaged due to negligence.

2. Warranty Claiming Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Provide visual evidence: Submit pictures or videos clearly showing the defect along with a detailed description of the issue.

  2. Claim Review: If our customer service team verifies that there is a manufacturing defect, we will send you the appropriate replacement parts.

  3. Replacement Policy: Replacement parts are provided only once during the warranty period

3. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to incorrect usage, poor maintenance, or failure to follow the user manual’s instructions.

  • Damage caused while under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any other mind-altering substances.

  • Damage resulting from natural disasters or acts of nature.

  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or self-repair of parts without prior approval from Hiley.

  • Damage caused by the use of non-original parts or unauthorized circuit and configuration changes.

  • Fractures, breakages, or loss of plastic parts such as the choke, charging port, handlebar switches, and plastic flaps.

4. Post-Warranty Coverage

Once the normal 6-month warranty expires, free after-sales services are no longer available. Extended warranty coverage may be available, but no additional warranty is provided once this extended period ends.
